About the Author – Guido F. Gebauer | Consonance (Gleichklang)
Guido F. Gebauer studied psychology at the universities of Trier, Berlin, and Cambridge. He received his doctorate from the University of Cambridge on the relationships between unconscious learning and intelligence. Subsequently, he completed training in forensic psychology, worked in forensic psychiatry, and served as a court expert for ten years. In 2006, he founded the psychological dating platform Consonance (Gleichklang), which he has since co‑directed with Seksan Ammawat. Gebauer regularly writes psychological articles for the relationship blog of Consonance, runs his own YouTube channel, and works as a Dating Coach.
